Best service - can not thank Shelley and her team enough. Friendly and so helpful, even though the staff is busy and feeling the pressure during these stressful times. They always have a smile on their faces, are willing to help and assist and even go out of their way to assist struggling people.I was in tears when Shelley helped me with my medicine - such a kind act, it has left a lasting impression on me and I truly can’t thank her enough.So caring and personalised, the best pharmacy around.

I've never been to this pharmacy before but was in a pinch. Went in with a bit of a problematic script and the young lady who served me (I think her name was Hannah/Anna?) went above and beyond to assist me and was very patient about it too. Whilst I was waiting for the script, I briefly mentioned an issue I was having and she actually ended up giving me a really thorough explanation of a variety of products that could help and I tried something new. Thank god I listened to her, it's the first time something has actually worked!! Big ups to this employee, she's worth her weight in gold.

I have been a loyal customer for the last 10 years with Penna's Prestons . I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband last week for Valentine's day, it was a little small so I took it back today to exchange for 1 size bigger. The lady serving us agreed to exchange but when we got to the register she advised that I will be charged $4.00 extra because the item was no longer on sale. I explained that I was not repurchasing but exchanging the exact item, a size 10 shoes for a size 11. She insisted that I will need to pay the difference even if I was exchanging and not repurchasing. I have never been asked to pay anything for exchanging the exact same product. If anything I would have expected them to honor the initial pricing as I had made the purchase whilst it was on sale only a few days ago. I paid the $4.00 as requested but Penna's Prestons have lost a loyal customer, I will never shop there again and will share my experience with everyone I know so they don't as well.

Ok chemist, wish they had a website wanted to check to see if they had a few things. Checked with another chemist who have website wrote lust out for husband and got what we needed. Losing business by not having a website in this day and age. Also should be opened longer for workers coming home having to grab things. Missing out on business.

Whenever we can’t find my fathers medication at other pharmacies we always turn to Penna's Pharmacy. Always able to help out in our hour of need
