This was our second inspection with Brent, we were very impressed with how considerate he was of this particular inspection.Being the family home, and there were a lot of memories attached and he is very understanding of this situation.We had originally booked this inspection for a later date, however needed to arrange it earlier. We were appreciative of Brent shuffling things around and accommodating us earlier, without fuss.He arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection. That afternoon we received a very comprehensive report of his findings, with plenty of pictures and descriptions of what he observed.

Our Venatic building & pest inspection was incredibly thorough and extremely helpful. The written report was a model of clarity and detail, complete with photos. The discussion we had with Brent on the phone was also very useful--it helped us to get a sense of the most significant issues in the report and how/when/why we should address them.

Brent came highly recommended to us from our mortgage broker when buying our first house and we are so glad we went with him! Brent was incredibly easy to talk to and made sure to address all our concerns. The report came through the same day as the inspection, was super easy to read, and our conveyancer even said it was one of the most thorough reports he had ever seen!
