I broke my iPhone 11 screen and came in and Ifran was able to fix it within 30 minutes! Absolutely amazing customer service! If I ever break my screen again I’ll be coming back here

Travelling and I rely on my phone. I arrived in Devonport and it won’t charge up. Called into see these guys and they fixed it in a flash. It’s working as new again! Lovely guys too. I’m really impressed and really grateful.

Excellent customer service. They ordered a replacement screen for my samsung S9+ it arrived overnight they fitted the new screen that same day only took 1 hour.Would highly recommend them after my experience.

My first experience with i Tech Phone Z was to have my Samsung 8's front screen replaced. During replacement the rear cover was accidentally cracked and the business took total responsibility for its replacement without question.My second experience was to have a battery and another cracked rear cover replaced. In just 2 hours I was able to use my mobile again.Each experience was met with great reliability and service.The staff are so well informed and helpful.If and when I have another problem with the mobile I will not hesitate to return to i Tech for assistance.
