We have worked with various window furnishing suppliers over many years but by far Ozshade is the best in our oppinion. Their customer service is by far the best and the quality their product far exceeds other companies we have worked with. Rarely has their been a problem but when there has been they have always resolved it professionally and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ozshade to others. :)

Could not rave highly enough about Ozshade. Their personalised service, suggestions, measurements, installations and pricing are first class. Konrad is a delight to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I have now had curtains, blinds and outside electronic awnings installed by them and would never use any one else. Ozshade have supplied and installed some Verosol roller blinds for me and their service is exceptional - the product and quality of installation is excellent, they're informed and helpful and their communication throughout the process was always prompt and polite. We have just completed a major refurbishment which included new blinds, and curtains throughout our home and a large automated awning over the outside balcony, all installed by Ozshade. The quality is superb and I can particularly recommend their efficiency and professionalism. Any post- installation issues that have arisen have been addressed promptly and efficiently without question, no matter how minor. The standard of after sales care ( when most companies are no longer interested ) has been so impressive, I cannot recommend Ozshade highly enough.

Konrad and the team at Ozshade provide an exceptional service. I found their design advice and product quality of a very high standard. Konrad has a keen eye for current interior design trends, and provides invaluable advice when making selections. I was so happy with the product and service I received 6 years ago, that when we moved, I went straight back to Konrad. Ozshade are the best!
