I have been so impressed with the help I received with the purchase of my second hand van. The guys in the workshop (Jamie I think was the main service guy) were super helpful, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get me up and going. Even when I had a small issue after picking it up they fitted me in and sorted it out straight away. I'm really grateful to the team there. Thanks so much.

Visited this establishment today to purchase a new replacement TV for our Caravan.After being in the store for 5-10 minutes and being the only people in thw store and being completely ignored by the 2 staff members behind the counter that were too busy discussing their personal lives to deal with customers wishing to spend money in their businessFurther, after one of us exited the store and the other one waiting inside, we brought in our old TV to check sizing. We were dealt with as an interuption in their day and we were an inconvenience.We have never experienced such poor customer service as we experienced at these premises today.Definitely will be shopping online as a first preference as returning to this business will not be a priority in future.

If it's customer service you are after, don't bother even walking in the store. Don't ring either they never pick up, or call back when you leave a message. If you have queries with a Jayco, call the customer service department, they are great...

I was very disappointed with the after sale service,tried to get a minor problem solved which would take a half hour at the most. The answer was book it in and we will look at it in ten months' time . Sell the vans but can't back up the service.

Looking for an awning for our poptop, want to replace the old one as it has wear and tear showing its age. A common thing that people enquire about, all you can get on the website is sun screens
