The white arrogant chemist does fill prescription if you are 7 days due. I am on my last tablet and today the Chinese lady informed me that they are out of stock and gave me a handout blaming the Govt for the shortage. They have been turning me away for a few months now and instead today I do not understand why I have to get a propaganda leaflet.

Doctor faxed urgent script here 3 days in a row. Husband went to collect them for me each night after work. EVERY time they told him DOCTOR hadn't sent it yet! Fourth night,, they suddenly told him oh,, our fax machine is broken!! People die waiting for this pharmacy to get their act together!

visited three weeks ago but the bad experience still haunting me. the white Western guy is very rude and arrogant. no customer service at all. 'the government won't allow you to do this' can he speak on the behalf of the government? that's really a good way to scare your regular customer away

Avoid if you can.The business is outright refusing all refunds and exchanges (regardless of reasoning and consumer laws), due to COVID-19. This is explicitly against Australian consumer laws, and most likely against Advantage Pharmacy guidelines.I have submitted a complaint with ACCC and will contact Advantage Pharmacy group tomorrow.Personally, I don't care about being refused refund on a $20 product. Besides mild inconvenience and annoyance, it doesn't impact my life in the least bit. But this is predatory behaviour, and the next person refused a refund could be the elderly, the person in financial hardship, or the someone unfamiliar with their rights.Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Good place with the exception of arrogant and ignorant pharmacists, in particular a night shift male pharmacist.Really knows how to reflect his pain and dissatisfaction of his life on customers. Wouldn't recommend to go to the place.

The chemist has a good array of products. If the product is not in stock, staff have been able to order the product for me with a very quick turnaround.Please also note that the in store rewards program has great monetary savings.
