I joined NextGen about 6 months ago and I can honestly say I have never been fitter or stronger, both physically and mentally. I love how challenging the workouts are and the coaches are super helpful and insanely knowledgeable. I find it easy to be consistent with early morning sessions because of the community and culture - it's fun, there's no 'competition' and everyone cheers you on. One of the best decisions I made in 2022 was joining NextGen :)

Amazing gym with a great vibe. Very welcoming staff and clients. My young son is able to attend with me for the 9:30am class and this ensures i actually get there! Great tunes that pump you up whilst working hard and challenging but rewarding work outs! Always something different. Enjoying the pain the next day, the good type of pain when you know you worked your body! thank you NextGen team for welcoming me.

The most inclusive and comfortable gym I've ever been to, such an amazing vibe, but still packs a killer work out. Great bunch of people, would never train anywhere else.
