Scooter Style and Noosa Motorcycles

Out of all the bike shops I've delt with on the sunny coast the best customer service so far.Easy to deal with by phone, email, or text when buying a bike.

Purchased a scooter from here just over a month ago. Salesman was great and friendly but when I got home I noticed the service sticker said that is was overdue on a service by 2 years. Which they have now confirmed to me on the phone. But 4 weeks after my purchase I noticed a lot of oil all around the bottom of the engine casing. Then within the next 2 weeks it had started dripping on my garage floor and the oil light was coming on. Took it in and Was charged 216 dollars to be told it’s leaking from the oil pressure switch. Come home and looked at it again to find none of the oil had been cleaned off the bottom of the engine. Im no mechanic but you’d think they would have cleaned that all off to check if that’s the area it’s leaking as there are gaskets and oil filter in that area. Got break cleaner, cleaned it all myself. Took photos, then took it for a ride. Come home and found that oil is leaking from a gasket on the bottom of my engine casing. Very slowly but easily visible and can see how it would have built over a month to the area where it was all sitting. Very disappointed and feel as if I’ve been ripped off. Was told it was an easy job and would only take 30 mins to fit the oil pressure switch when somehow it took 2 hours to decide it’s leaking from there when no other area was cleaned and checked. Not a very good mechanic workshop by the looks. I bought off a dealer to avoid issues like not being serviced, not going to have any oil leaks and they got me on both. Doubt the leak would of just happened to start in my first month of ownership by how much was there when I first noticed it. Bit dodgy if you ask me. Be aware of what you’re buying from here.

Very friendly crew and they know what they are doing. My scooter had the engine light on and was misfiring they figured out the problem and fix it in no time. Took me a while to get a spot on their schedule but this is a reflection of their great job.Definitely recommend it

I took my scooter for a roadworthy to the shop and I got a verbal agreement for the quotation it was around $300 so we booked to get the job done two weeks later. When I took the scooter there after two weeks they charge me $60 for failing roadworthy and they said that I need to come back two weeks later because they need to order some parts to pass the certificate! Very disappointing…

What can I say about Charlie and Rose…they took us from knowing nothing about scooters to owning 3 of them! Great service, boundless knowledge and competitive pricing. They are our go to guys and we trust them implicitly.

This is a very important review to make as it has taken me a very long time and a few bad experiences from choosing the wrong mechanics previously.I am happy to say that I live in Noosa and do not have far to go to see Simon who is in my opinion the best motorcycle mechanic I have found in years. He is the only mechanic capable of working out what my electrical issue was with my 2017 Triumph Thruxton 1200 R.Simon has worked for Scooter Style for fifteen years I believe and has an engineering degree in Microelectronics. Thank God I found someone that finally knows something about motorcycles up here in Northern Sunshine Coast.I highly recommend anyone who takes pride in their motorcycle to see Simon at Scooter Style. He knows more than just scooters.And I also want to say thanks to Rose who works in Customer Service. It is always a pleasure to see you and appreciate your wonderful service.

Top place for riding gear and bike repairs. My last repair I had done here, I ended up being charged less than what I was quoted for a job, as they got it done quicker than expected.They also sell a good range of retro bikes and scooters.
