Superfun experience; we were so glad to have chosen the Providence over other possible ways to get to the Whitsundays.Nice sailboat, very laid-back journey (yes, other boats are faster, but we were on a HOLIDAY), nice and fun crew that took great care of us (two adults and two kids of 9 and 11).Whale- and turtlespotting on the fly, nice visit to the beach and a spectacular snorkling session (bring your own wetsuit if you wish to wear one - the boat has snorkels, goggles and 'pool-noodles; we didn't need suits, and we were there end of July - winter!).I'd choose the Providence any day!

Don’t go in any other boat when you are on the Whitsundays. This boat has more character than all the others put together. Providence is friendly and not glitzy. The boat is classy and cool. The crew and top notch and friendly. We went out to Whitehaven beach. It is a full day event and all of it is great even though you are feeling tired at the end of the day and the trip home seems to take longer - you know you have really got your money’s worth. I highly recommend this boat. The others boats were faster and shiny - but this boat really gives the full experience. Do it! It’s worth it.

This sunset cruise should be called The Cruise of a Thousand Photos, as I think that was the amount taken by the passengers on this amazing trip. It was a great evening when the sea was calm, the wind slight and the sunset mind blowing. Add to that a small, but attentive crew, a couple of iced drinks and some very tasty nibbles and you go home on a high. Brilliant cruise that I will certainly do again next time I am in town.

What a beautiful old vessel, we had 20 of us on board for our sail out to Whitehaven. The vessel arrived 30minutes late without notice, the two guys on board were friendly and welcoming once we got on board. We sailed out to Chalk Beach and it was pleasant. Upon arrival we were all excited for a snorkel. Another crew member appeared to give us the run down. Stinger suits were required, the suits were really old, smelly and had rips in them. We were also given some really old and mouldy pool noodles to help float us, that was a great idea. But both the suits and the noodles need to be replaced. The food was great and brought out regularly, the alcohol we had to ask for each time. These simple little updates and some uniforms for the crew would really improve this experience. Our 20 minute snorkel seemed way too short, when we actually had a lot of time.We all had a great day, and then arrived back to Hamilton 30 minutes earlier than expected.

We did the sunset cruise. This is a relaxing way to spend time in the calm waters off Airlie Beach, in the cool of the day. Once we left the Marina the skipper cut the engine and hoisted the sail. The sparkling wine and cheese platter were delicious. The crew were lovely, very friendly and professional with a great sense of humour.

What an amazing cruise. We headed out in big swell with the ship rocking and rolling, had a small squall come through and helped rigging and derigging, then as the sun set the seas went calm and the sky changed colours multiple times and in each direction we looked.Peter and Sophie were fantastic hosts and kept the good times rolling.

In sum a nice tour. Would book it again!Sometimes we were pushed a bit to much like we were in a hurry. But in sum it was alright. Good crew. Nice sailing experience and well equipped.

We take our shoes off on this boat to make it feel like a real holiday" said the Captain. And it was true. This was a fantastic experience! The water was calm in the bay
