I had an extremely disappointing experience with the groomers at this store. On drop off a pleasant and capable assistant took detailed notes on exactly what I wanted and attached these to my dog's crate. On pick-up I found they had done the exact opposite ie clipped short the areas I wanted left long, and left long the areas I wanted clipped short. They apologised and offered to clip the areas I had asked for but obviously could not replace the hair they were not supposed to clip. They expected me to pay full price.

We were sold a vibration" bark collar from this store with assurance it was not a shock collar. After some time I decided to investigate how the vibrations worked and found Petsafe (the brand) actually coined the mechanism "static corrections". Nowhere in the manual does it mention "electricity" or "shock" and Petsafe customer care will not confirm

Ross is a legend! Bonnie is super helpful and really helped me out with my new puppy! Theres also a girl who works behind the front counter who was super helpful recommending a lick mat for my puppy. The staff are all animal lovers and super friendly and helpful. I have spent a fortune there, happy to do it! Thanks Legends!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Best Friends Richmond. Not only was the staff's attitude rude and unprofessional, but the price for the grooming service jumped from $95 to $144 without any notification. I checked my emails multiple times and saw no mention of this change. I was completely shocked by this whole experience and will not be returning.

It was not easy to find a dog wash that wasn't booked in this area!. Took the pooch here for first wash dry clip etc. The staff at the dog grooming and the store were all very nice and pleasant. Turn around to have the dog groomed was about 2 hours. Plenty of dog toys treats and food available in store as well as raw food. AND parking available!!!

Amazing advice and support from staff. They really know their stuff and they took the time to explain things so I was able to make purchases with confidence. The beauty bath was worth every cent. My dogs looked their best for Christmas and it relieved so much stress to outsource it on this occasion. It was above and beyond a DIY bath.

A welcome place to visit with my puppy from the lovely staff, the vet services, the grooming staff and the great range of supplies.It has been a positive experience every time I have called in. Sully is always very pleased to visit too.
