Fast service. My MacBook battery was never holding charge. Went to other places that told me it would take 10 days to fix. Eye 4 phones did it in two days and the battery now lasts all day.

Best customer service I’ve ever had by far really nice dude , fixed our phone within seconds for a really good deal and even stayed in 30 mins after closing so we could get the proper payment and sort out another issue with a laptop which he truthfully told us wasn’t worth the money fixing. He also gave us a free case and screen protector. Cant recommend this dude enough thanks so much.

I can’t rate this place high enough! They go above and beyond with their customer service. Eric has fixed my childrens iPads numerous times and has picked up the devices from our house and returned them repaired the next day. Eric is very thorough and ensures the device is working prior to returning it and if there are any problems he ensures they are fixed. I would recommend to you all:-)

Expert service, very professional.There maybe cheaper repairers around but i found Alvin @ eye 4 phones to be very good value for money & his repairs have always been of a premium standard....unlike some budget operators in shopping centres etc.Highly recommended !!A+

This store is the definition of the 'Local Tech Shop.'Alvin provides great customer service whenever. He really dedicates his time to people, even outside business hours. Really knowledgeable, and gives a lot of info on a lot of tech stuff. Makes me feel like im actually talking to an actual person rather than a stiff businessman.

Eye 4 Phones is by far the best Phone + PC repair people in the Nedlands area.If you have any issues with a device, Alvin can help you.The customer service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful and try to explain things in plain English, for those of us who aren’t as knowledgeable with technology.And their prices are very very fair.
