The print and copy line is just insane. For simple print job I had to wait too long. You could see that all staff there were working hard and fast. It’s very under staffed. recruit more staff so customers could get timely service. Where does all that profit go???

I went in and asked if they can print AO size - they said yes. I went and joined the que ... after almost 15min, the same girl came over and asked what needed printing, when she got to me, I said A0 printing - she then said we can't do that today. Total waste of my time - why couldn't she have said that when I first asked.

I went to Officeworks at Marion a month ago and bought a pair of airpods 3rd gen for my sister for Christmas. She opened them on Christmas and it turns out they were faulty. I tried to take them back to Officeworks Marion for a return or store credit. They told me its out of their hands and I take to take it up with apple myself. They told me they wouldn't do anything even though their company sold me a faulty pair of airpods. I went to Noarlunga straight after and explained the same issue with them and they returned and resolved the issue with no problems. The customer service at Officeworks Marion was extremely poor and disappointing. Do not shop here because the staff clearly do not care for their customers and do not value customer satisfaction at all.

Worst experience. I purchased gaming desk on feb 4 still it is not delivered. Twice delivery date is changed. Now delivery date showing as feb 13 not delivered and no updates. Such a poor service, hate this store.

Every time I come here, I receive great customer assistance. Today, my husband came in to ask about modems/routers, and had one of the IT team members give fantastic advice about what to use. He really felt like they went above and beyond, and is kicking himself that he forgot their name to mention in here!

I wouldn’t recommend this store for photo printing. Depending on the desktop unit you select it may or may not recognise your usb. There are no instructions provided about self serve collect. After waiting for 10 minutes the paper runs out and if you pay for two different sized photos in one order they don’t print. Then you line up to get your money back, are transferred to another cash register and have to point to the refund amount required as they try to short change you. The staff member said they alerted head office about this ongoing issue some weeks ago. This place and company is awful.
