Could not recommend the team at Berwick Mitsubishi Service highly enough! I had to get my car towed after hours, Steve was on the phone with me before 8am to run through potential scenarios; and I was able to pick it up by 1pm. For what was a stressful situation, Steve made it a much easier process and was able to explain everything so I could understand. I’m incredibly grateful for the service team! Thank you!

I have been going to these guys for 5 years and they have been absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond to help me even when I had an unexpected failure that took my car off the road for over a month they did everything they possibly could to get me in another car for the whole duration. This is a long overdue review for my exceptional experience with Berwick Mitsubishi, a car service center that truly stands out for their professionalism, commitment to customer care, and exceptional service.When my Mazda developed a mechanical fault, I brought it to Berwick Mitsubishi for service. Despite being unable to pinpoint the problem, they showed great dedication and persistence, and even sent the car to other Mazda dealerships for further diagnosis. Thanks to their hard work and ownership of the issue, they were able to resolve the issue with the torque converter, something that even the Mazda dealerships failed to do. One dealer even suggested that the engine (which had nothing to do with the transmission) to be replaced at a cost of $8.5k! Throughout the process, they provided exceptional service, loaning us a 7-seater vehicle for the entire time at no cost, and in the end, we had almost zero out of pocket cost which would have been at least 5 grands somewhere else. For clarification, the car was bought from them with a protection plan (extended warranty). I can't thank their team, including Luke, Steve, and Andrew, enough for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done right.What I appreciate most about Berwick Mitsubishi is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood the work being done. They are transparent, honest, and truly care about their customers' safety and satisfaction.It's worth noting that there were some communication issues as they were busy and understaffed, and it was sometimes difficult to reach them by phone. However, I understand that these are common issues in the industry, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication in the face of these challenges.Despite some negative stereotypes about car dealerships, Berwick Mitsubishi exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this car service center to anyone looking for exceptional service and care for their vehicles. Serviced my car here for the third time (45K) and requested tyre rotation last service (30K) and 45K service. The service manager said yes but after getting the car, tyre still the same. Not rotated, ans I asked why, bec the tech nicial said it was not necessary because there was no note on the paper. But the tyre has obvious outer wall thread wear on both front wheels. Then to top it all off, I got my receipt on the last page it says We recommend rotating and balancing your wheels every 15

Affordable service for Mitsubishi vehicles. Parts are also readily available. Been taking my car there for the last three years after disappointing service at a different Mitsubishi dealer.But there is a wait when picking up vehicles during peak hours.

Got my first service here on the 28th and was extremely happy with the service had an issue with my passenger mirror just showed the boys what was wrong and they sent it to the detailer and within an hour the service was done and the mirror was fixed awesome service and top blokes see you soon for the next service 5 stars. Very friendly team.

Super helpful staff, prompt service. Getting my car serviced from them since 2017, and never let me down. Provided courtesy car every time. Will, employee, such a great man, always looks after his customer. Would highly recommend.
