My friend and I went for haircut, and the old lady hair dresser by the name of Jo" did mine

I have gone here a few times. Staff can be friendly and the environment feels nice. But unfortunately every time I come here I never get what I ask for and the nails are either wonky, not the right shape and the gel polish chips. (Don't get me started on the basic polish) I had my nails done 1 day before Xmas, luckily I did because after two days of having them freshly done they were coming off. My usual acrylic gel nails always last well over a month. This is just unacceptable. I did not call and tell them as every time I have mentioned that they have made a mistake they always turn it around to being anything else but their fault. So they have lost me as a customer, as I have given many chances for this place to show me they can be good as I know businesses can have off days. I ask for the services they offer, for particular ones like facials etc and I'm told by one person that they don't do it, then by another a price and what they do but it wasn't even what I had asked for. Very unprofessional. I would really love to know if there is a great place with an awesome atmosphere around the area as I'm not confident on giving random places a chance after paying $60 for nails to fall of after 2 DAYS!

I've been going here to get a haircut for over a year now, and my extended family for even longer. They do such a fantastic job and reasonable prices. Thanks again!

I am really upset with my experience today. These people always charge the way they want to. They don’t have any prices card, according to their staff, not even all people what the prices are. Every time they say prices have increased.I booked an appointment yesterday and confirmed the prices before going there and when I went there today, first they sent a person who was not experienced enough to do the waxing job and then the other lady did the job.I really don’t have any issue with the people who did the job. Hannah was fine.However, when I went ahead to pay they were charging me $30 for the half legs waxing and when I raised the concern that over the phone I was told that it will be $20, then the lady at counter just got upset and talked in a very rude manner. First she said that guy attending phone calls do not know the prices and when I argued that it was a female I spoke to, then she started saying different things and was not ready to take any ownership or responsibility.And the other very illogical thing she said that prices differ based on how tall you are, how fat you are, etc. I got average height and am not too fat. This is something I have heard first time for a waxing job.

Horrible I don’t think the stuff have qualifications I believe the boss does, but her employees are highly doubt I paid full price for my daughter’s nails and her feet and they had an unqualified STUDENT do them three nails on each hand were crooked, they were not stuck on Straight and after my daughter complaining that they weren’t Straight , they told her that she’s seeing things Hhmm okWell they lost out cos we were high paying customers with me and my three daughters getting acrylics on out hands and feet! Best thing I ever did was take my money to a better salon if your looking for cheap nails that will break within a week and nail polish that chips within days then you’ll be going to the right nail salon BEST OF LUCK!

i went to this nail place today I had a amazing experience the did my nails exactly how I like them done she did a great job on them this is my now go to place for nails and beauty great prices too I will be back

I left midway my haircut because the guy literally took the apron off me. In his words he was offended just because I asked him to take note of something.Do note, there hair cut service has gone up in price and at the same time they have thrown the left over standards out of their filthy shop.The new guy they have, has serious attitude problem and have no idea what he is doing. He was rushing and kept hitting my both ears with the trimmer vigorously which was uncomfortable.The lady who usually did my hair wasn't available or else this won't be happening, at least she has the sense of customer service.No regard to all the hair already on the floor, hygiene and cleaning are two words, these people don't understand. Well anyway, cheap service and no standards.
