I was extremely impressed with the service received when I got my car serviced today. The team has incredible customer service skills and I was very pleased to find that not only had they washed the exterior of my car, they had also vacuumed the interior, which was very brave considering my car is a bit of a dump :)They carried out a thorough safety check so I now feel confident and safe while driving my car. I decided to take my Falcon here after reading all the good reviews and it was absolutely the right decision. They were very helpful and professional, went through the form with me after the safety check and explained what was wrong, which part needed to be replaced urgently, or can be done later on. The price was very reasonable, and now my car drives great! I feel safer knowing it was fixed properly. Now I wouldn't take my precious car to anywhere else. Thanks guys! From my first enquiry phone call to Monique to pickup after the repair I was instilled with confidence that this is a professional team. Monique was very friendly and welcoming, kept her promise to call back in 10 minutes with a quote. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and to my surprise when I picked up my car not only was it below the quoted price I was presented with a comprehensive health report of my car. I can't recommend the team at Adelaide Automotive Repair Centre highly enough! A genuinely professional service. The team are friendly and approachable, their pricing is fair and transparent, and our experience with them has always been 100% positive. We had a complicated problem with our car, which required a lot of investigative work. I contacted these guys through email and others for quotes. I was met with a quick response and great price. Others took a couple of days to get back to me with higher prices. I thought I needed the Valley Cover and Rocket Cover done because that is what I had been told by to previous mechanics. I could only take my car there on the weekend. The best part is they let me drop it off Friday night to save the hassell of doing it Saturday morning. They called me to let me know that it wasn't the Valley Cover the Rocket Cover was fine it was leaking through somewhere else. I can't remember because I didn't write it down. I was quoted $680 and $750 from the other quotes that I received back. I walked away on paying $179. All I can say is that Eric and his team are honest. Before taking my car their they quoted me $520 to do the other jobs that I thought needed done because I was told they did. So I would have still come out in front. But the honesty of not just doing the work for the money and just fixing the problem they have found is a big bonus in my book. Car is still working great and the best part no more leaks. Well done guys I will be coming back for sure.

Moving from the country to Adelaide it was very hard to find a reasonable and liable mechanic that you could trust with your car. So happy that I found these guys. The team at Adelaide Automotive Repair Centre are fantastic. I've been going to them for years. They always do a thorough job and go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It was my first time having my car serviced here and I was really impressed with the service as a whole.The team went above and beyond my expectations. They were helpful and insightful when I asked questions. I was also in admiration of the teams thorough work when they presented me with a little booklet that stated all that they have don't in the service with a little photo of my car as well as a list of anything that needs attention.There were no hidden costs. Before my car had its service, they let me know of any costs involved and let me know they would call me if there were any issues/not replace something unless I had approved it first.My experience here was a really positive one and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to take their car.

My car has not had anyone look at her for the last 5 years. Not because I had no time to take her in to see a mechanic, but more that I had not found a mechanic I could trust and did not feel like I was taken for a ride once payment had been made.Well a friend told me to come see they team at Adl Automotive Repair - and I am so glad that I did.The service, the advice, the professionalism and the price of the service were second to none!!Thanks everyone for all your help, and will be sure to be back for my next scheduled service. I'm suspicious that the vast majority of gushing positive reviews for this place are fake - almost all of the reviewers have only submitted one review. This car service centre is ok, but certainly not outstanding as most reviews would suggest. Positives - 1. they explained everything they found/fixed and they provided a detailed safety report, 2. the price was reasonableNegatives - 1. The interior upholstery had grease/oil in multiple places. 2. The bonus" car wash that many reviewers talk about is not free - you have to pay an extra $20 for it.Not the worst car service we've ever had
