Booked an Apple keyboard replacement online only to find they were closed on Sundays, why do you have the option to book times on a Sunday if you’re not open.

Went in and tried to get a quote for a few items I was looking to submit for a bursary application I was wanting to apply for. Apparently did not know what and could not supply a quote and only offered a brochure of the entire range with prices which is not an official quote. Otherwise prompt service and kind considering the lack of service provided.

Drove from Hervey Bay after calling Apple to find BTS is the only registered repairer other than Brisbane/Sunshine Coast. BTS are very efficient, professional and friendly. Giving us regular updates of when parts arrived and repair was finished faster than expected.

I’ve had multiple iPhones repaired here. Screens and batteries. They do a great job and the 12 months warranty on the parts is a nice piece of mind.They have also handled other warranty work for MacBooks and did great work. Very quick and thorough.
