Horrible and rude people. The previous owners were lovely and went out of their way to fix a dress that was made of a difficult material to work with. These new owners are rude and not very good at their job. They also overcharge. $20 to hem pants or a dress. Won't be going there again

Absolutely terrible and disgusting customer service. Would not recommend. Going into the store with no one up front, only to ring the bell and a lady comes out and is just extremely rude. Cracking it at me about not having a collection slip in which I was never given one but I provided her with name and number and description of what I was picking up. Yet that was not good enough. Took her ages to find my items only for me to politely ask her if that was everything and she rolls her eyes and searches again but comes back again accusing me of not having my slip. I showed her the attached slip she had in which stated 3 items, asking her if all 3 were in the bag and she just rolls her eyes and aggressively says idk and then proceeds to serve the person behind me. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Very Last minute alterations on my daughters deb dress. They got it absolutely perfect.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable good workmanship moderately priced

Wanted to get a dress altered and was quoted a price with a 60% increase on the cost to alter a Deb dress in Feb. Pricing not consistent. Very over priced.Will take my business elsewhere.

These guys don't answer the phone. They pick it up and leave it on the desk without saying anything. Cannot contact them to check the progress of my garment.

Shop is meant to be open from October 28th but it’s closed with no explanation on their Facebook page.

They do great work, I have taken many different clothes over the years which needed alterations never had a issue.
