I purchased a toolbox from rolloc 6 months ago since owning it the locks have always got stuck when unlocked and I’ve had to shake it to open the lock but today one of the locks got completely stuck and I wasn’t able to open the box. This left all my tools stuck in my box and wasn’t able to access any tools, so I called rolloc and they said their nothing you can do to open so I had no choice but to drive to their warehouse and get them to look at it. The manager at rolloc came down to look at it he tried for 30 minutes shaking and forcing it but the lock wouldn’t open. After all of his struggles he decided to force open the box bending the toolbox lid I thought because of this he would replace the box since it was now wrecked instead he got two of the exact same locks fitted them to my damaged box and said he hopes it doesn’t happen again. I’m very disappointed with rolloc’s poor service and would not recommend them to anyone.
