Andrew was an amazing landlord. I lived the property for 18 months. Every time we had an issue, Andrew would immediately send a repair man over to resolve any problem in a timely manner. During lockdown, he supported our whole house. He sent in repair men and painters, and always notified us beforehand. I wouldn't hesitate to give Andrew and the Blomfield team a glowing reference. Thanks so much for everything :)

Can't recommend Charles, Andrew and the team at blomfield enough. I was a tenant with them for 10 years and never had a problem. They were very supportive and had my back when things needed fixing.They were always friendly and approchable.Would go back in a heartbeat.

I strongly advise against using Blomfield’s estate agency. In my dealings with Andrew, he proved to be utterly dishonest and unscrupulous. Stay away!

I have been a tenant for 2 years, Andrew and Charles have been amazing. Any maintenance problems were addressed promptly. When the owner of the property decided to sell, Andrew and Charles were very quick to advocate for us as tenants to ensure a smooth pathway for all parties.Highly recommend, very professional but also care which makes the difference.

To rate Andrew Blomfield Real Estate Principal with 1 star is far too generous! Our entire experience with Andrew Blomfield was absolutely awful, we found him to be extremely dishonest, rude and unprofessional, he also verbally abused my husband and I on multiple occasions.

I’ve found Andrew and his team to be outstanding in all my dealings with them. As a landlord it’s important to know that the property is being well looked after and also that the tenants are happy and their concerns are listened to and addressed. A very business like approach.

I've been a tenant of Blomfields for the last 11 years. Andrew and his team have really looked after myself and my flatmates that have been with me over those years.Any repair issues with the house have always been immediately tended to. There's also always been proactive maintenance and updates to the home e.g. fresh paint, new lighting fixtures, replacement blinds, garden maintenance.It's been fantastic to have had such an enduring ongoing relationship with a property management team. My experience with Andrew and Blomfields has been one of honesty, transparency, professionalism, understanding and empathy. The team was always there to take my call and always willing to help.I would highly recommend Andrew and the Blomfield team for any tenant or landlord. You'll be in very good hands.

Charles was very professional and helpful during our tenancy. He was always prompt at responding to any enquires and repairs we requested. The team was very understanding in light of difficulties during covid. Overall a great service.

I wouldn't advise using Blomfield real estate as an owner or renter. No property inspection was ever completed upon the two years of living there. Extremely unpleasant to deal with, and proved to be extremely dishonest in many circumstances. Took advantage of three, young girls who are students and didn't have the experience or expertise to challenge them. Have reported to Fair Trading.
