My partner and I have travelled from karratha and had some trouble with our power steering we called up and they had fit us in so quick, service was amazing explained what had happened in ways we actually understood and was so kind couldn't recommend this place more.

Was in recently with my barina spark to get my thermostat replaced, staff was friendly and accomodating. Was done quick and smoothly. Took initiative in cleaning my rims. Total price was much cheaper than quoted. Would 100% go back again. :)

Car engine lights came on 2 days after we got the car from the dealership. The dealer told us we could only get an appt the week after! We were desperate and came to Pulse as they were nearby. The lady was so friendly and got her husband to have a quick look at it even though the place was full of vehicles. They plugged in the machine and told us it’s a non critical fault and we should go back to the dealership since it is under warranty. Offered to pay for the service but didn’t get charged! Thanks Pulse, you really made our day!

Always had a very positive experience here. Adam is friendly, efficient, accomodating and honest. He always communicates with us if something unexpected happens with a basic service, keeps us in the loop about what might need fixing next service and always manages to keep our costs manageable! Have recommended him to friends who have also been just as impressed and relieved as us to find a solid, reliable mechanic!
