Viking Food Solutions
I purchased two dry aging units - one of them turned up with a problem but it was replaced with minimal fuss. We also had some issues with transport (third party company issue, no fault of Viking) from Melbourne to Canberra but the team at Viking were brilliant in getting it resolved quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Viking is one of the leading suppliers for the food industry with its diverse range of goods and services. Been dealing with Karen and Clinton who are just brilliant at their jobs, helpful and so informative. 10/10 customer service and quality products.Their food equipment hire services are also great. Viking do provide a considerable amount of solutions to your requirements.Definitely highly recommend Viking and looking forward to doing more business with them :)

Excellent service. I was interested in 2x dry agers for a build that we are in the process of doing. We had to co-ordinate with the builder, kitchen installer and the delivery of these goods. This meant that there was a significant time between order and final payment. The guys are Viking were very flexible and understanding of my predicament. Really easy to order an manage. I can't wait to get to use the agers!

I purchased a Dip Tank 66 from Viking Food Solutions. Brodie was my lovely sales guy who knows his stuff. Brodie was very informative and patient with all of my questions. He sent me videos on the product so I could see how it worked before I purchased.After purchasing Brodie rang, to tell me my dip tank had left his depot and I should see it in about 7 days. Brodie than rang me the day after the Dip tank was delivered, to talk me through controls and how operate the dip tank.I have not been able to fault the after sales service I have received.I will defiantly be buying more equipment from Viking in the future.

Hired a machine for a one-off Job, and couldn't be happier with the service and the reliability of the equipment. They had multiple options for us to choose from, and we picked the size that was most economical for the job. The whole process was seamless right from the start. They tested the machine's capability using a sample of our product to prove concept, and the process from that point onwards was seamless. The communication was great, and the team at Vikings was very responsive to all of our requests.
