Awesome staff, friendly and professional. loved the toasted sandwiches I had one called Ruben (I think) that was amazing. They didn't let me forget my chocolate cake. Amazing!!!

We had a simple order. 2 coffees a toasted sandwich and a piece of banana bread. Well.. we had been served our coffee and then finished it. Some time after they brought out the toastie and banana bread. The banana bread was that uneatable that my wife returned it and got refunded. But the toastie was that cremated that it had been sucked of all moisture worst toasted sandwich ever. We binned that and left.

My husband and I had breakfast at Florabel on the 24th November on our way to Melbourne. The service was great - delightful and very helpful staff. The fruit and nut toast was probably the best I've had and it was served with marmalade - delicious. Tea and coffee were both very good. Wished we lived closer

Came in with my bf for some lunch nibbles and the service was amazing for how under the pump they were.I loved how they were acknowledging everyone and how sweet all the lady's are ❤️ and how lovely the lady at the counter was when we were ordering even tho she was stressed. Everything happily eaten

My partner and I had chicken and salami panini, lemon cheesecake. They were amazing, fresh and delicious definitely will be passing though again. Staff were all very lovely and all had a smile.

Best coffee in town. Have been working every few weeks in Eden and I love this place. Very friendly service. Great cakes and lunch too.

Enjoyed morning tea here at this bustling cafe. The serving staff were friendly and helpful.Really excellent wraps; take away & dine in.No steps for the cafe; possibly downstairs is the Restaurant part?A good Co-Ed Disabled bathroom on the Cafe level.We had a delicious Vanilla Slice with the coffee! Yum!
