I was referred from a friend to see Caterina to work through some personal problems and have never looked back. I called Caterina just to book in a session and ended up being on the phone talking for 35 minutes. From that moment I could tell she was not a normal 'Counseller' and even before our first session I called her again to talk me through something, and again we were talking for 30 minutes. Caterina didnt have a pen and pad instead just really listened to me with full eye contact. She didnt spend the first session asking about my family history bla bla bla instead just let me talk, she stopped me when she wanted to dig deeper to get to the cause of my problems and teach me a whole new skill set that I never thought I had. There has been numerous times when I've called her during the week to ask her for guidance and she gives me as much time as I need. I'm seeing Caterina on a personal level and highly recommend as her approach really resonated well with me that I've never experienced through seeing other people in the past.

Caterina has changed my life. With her support and guidance I have overcome my fears and realised my weaknesses in order to grow and step out of my comfort zone. I highly recommend her services and you will not be disappointed; you will be overwhelmed with contentment.
