A lovely swim school. We had our trial this morning and felt really welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked in. I was able to do a lesson with my baby, while my preschooler went off to her lesson. A very flexible and calm vibe.We can't wait to return next week!

Elizabeth and Ron are amazing teachers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our daughter has seen a huge amount of progress over the past 2 years and still loves it.

If you are looking for a lovely swim school - this is the place. Everybody is friendly, helpful, and welcoming.A special mention to James who is teaching our two kids. Our 4 year old daughter's confidence is low and she is a bit of a diva at times! James has managed to build her trust, and confidence whilst pushing her out of her comfort zone AND progressing her skills. All at the same time - quite remarkable really. She has come on leaps and bounds in a very short space of time.Thank you, James!

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, my kid started swimming when he is 6 months old and adore Ann. We moved to campbelltown but he hated the every pool i tried, water temp isn’t right or the teachers hasn’t cared much. So back to shell-harbour. He loves swimming now

The OWNER is extremely rude and has absolutely zero communication skills. She could definitely work on effecting listening, problem solving and sincerity. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business purely based on the owner and how she treats her customers. Just to top it off, the coffee there is terrible.

My daughter loved it initially and was learning so much - the swim teacher was perfect for our daughter. Her swim teacher changed and it was the worst experience. The new teacher dunked her without warning and told her she would catch her when she jumped in (teacher built her trust and then didn't follow through) - she didn't and my daughter lost trust in her swim teacher. I was a swim teacher for many years and would never follow this practice for 3-4 year old children. Trust near the water is everything. The same teacher left her on the pontoon in the middle of the pool which was deeper than she could stand in and told her her If you want to be a baby and go to your Mum then you'll have to swim there yourself". After I asked the swim teacher to bring her to me she firstly said 'No' and then did. My daughter was extremely upset. We were appalled and never went back."
