Hadnt seen the comments before I ordered off these guys, and agree they seemed to never answer the phone - but they did call me back and very promptly delivered me a Merlin MS105MYQ. Friendly chap called George. Very happy with the service and the product. Great job guys! Answer your phone!

Been trying to contact them for over two weeks, the phone always goes to answering machine, no one responds to the email or ebay listing. I tried also using hipages who they advertise through, Hipages says the company has also stopped responding to their requests (and they do core business with them!) i assume this is now a defunct business no longer operating or some kind of scam organisation. Also tried mobiles listed on other sites for them. Be careful do not submit orders to their site unless you can confirm why its impossible to contact them!!

I have never received such bad and rude service, I was in total shock that these guys can treat customers like I was treated. As someone who works in sales & customer service I am surprised they are still in business. I would highly recommend that you avoid this business at all costs. worst experience EVER!!!!

Door motor has stopped working, have rung numerous times but no one replies, ( 5 year warranty now defunct)Business I believe is out of business ,DO NOT PURCHASE from this company,they still advertise on ebay as of 05/2020, FRAUD. DISHONEST TRADER.
