Immaculate phone service from a lady named Lesley today when enquiring about locations on stock for 2x specific lamps I’m dying to purchase, she went above and beyond for me and it’s so rare to find top tier retail service these days, any future purchases from this company-Lesley from Early Settlers Robina store is going to be my go too! Worth going in to take a look, friendly staff and a wide variety of furnishings and home décor to choose from.

Had an issue with a product just out of warranty which couldn't be resolved due to no customer contact or follow up. Eventually after complaining about poor customer service we were offered a complete exchange which we never expected but happy to accept. When picking up the young girl who assisted me was absolutely beautiful and so friendly and helpful. She is an absolute asset to the business.

This was the worse experience ever! Went in to purchase lamps! It was buy one get one free! Warehouse Clearance…. So purchased 2 sets this was in August, 6 round trips later still don’t have matching pairs! This shop failed to provide any quality assurance it is just a dispatch I should have just ordered direct from China!Would never shop here again!

We absolutely love our new patio chairs we had been searching for chairs for months they are so comfortable and suit the spot so well. We did have to order them in which only took 10 days. Thank you Lesley for taking the time to get it all sorted we very much appreciated the level of customer service you provided..

Almost 2 hour round trip to purchase a door knocker. Was told I had to purchase it online and they would not sell the stock. They said it would be delivered. I explained I live in a rural location and have difficulty with deliver or companies won't deliver..They couldn't care less about it. I left the store. If it was only an online item it should have been clearly srated. Rude and inconsiderate staff member.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to Annalise who is the manager in Preston. She was blunt and rude and hung up the phone when I ask how is my daughter suppose to carry the furniture into per place alone. She said that this has nothing to do with her store and that is a different department , which is the delivery , online department . Thank you for pushing the buck , instead of guiding and advising correctly , the best thing is to show no interest in assisting !The amount of empathy and compassion is clearly lacking in these times. I suppose I made a mistake choosing to buy from such a store which employs people who can't answer questions and the simplest solution is hanging up. I sincerely wish I had chosen a better store to spend $2000 for a sofa !!

This is a review of Head Office - Although items are In Stock" and ordered online you will still have to wait a considerable amount of time before you can collect them from your local store (that is unless you are in Melbourne). They don't advise you of any wait times and you have to chase them up yourself. The communication of the company is not great at all and it seems head office does not do well communicating to their stores either. Other furniture companies seem to manage this process really well. I would like to say the staff at Robina hav been lovely and is not a reflection on them at all."
