My son and I had an awesome time here trying on the mandolorian and darth vader helmets. Obviously, my question was, do you disinfect the helmets after someone tries them on. They said yes, and we carried on.The people in the store looked after us, and we had a really fun time trying on the helmets and looking at all the other cool stuff in the store.I will go back and check this place again after how we were treated last time we went to this shop.If you like my review, please click on the blue hand, click on the blue hand, click on the blue hand... Preordered a ps5 here. My sister preordered one from another store however I asked she used my acc to get me some carrots. My preorder from here was cancelled. Guy in store had absolutely NO idea to reverse or even take it off my account only to refund me.He was quite rude and arrogant. I understand the scalping rules. And I wasn't too mad about losing my preorder. But the guy working here is the reason I won't be a customer of ebgames anymore. Been dedicated since 2017 Australia. And since they took over gamesman in nz.Sayonara EB
