Sydney's best kept secret. The quality of their selection is amazing - the best of any op shop I've seen. You'll find designer brands at huge markdowns, items that have never been worn, and permanent under $20 racks for a real bargain.

Beautiful clothes, merchandising, displays and simply wonderful staff. Extremely tasteful range and great brands including SeeSaw and Philosophy. Lots of linen and cotton for the aficionado. Big thumbs up.

My partner brought me here for my birthday & I was very impressed with the quality of clothing & accessories. I enquired about what I needed to do as I had quite a lot of high quality brand clothing that I wanted to bring in & sell on consignment. The lady gave me a card & I phoned to make an appointment. I started off by saying that I had a lot of work jackets. On hearing the word ‘work’ she jumped to the conclusion that what I had would be below their standard. Even after I explained the brand names that I had & types of items she basically then became quite dismissive & mentioned a few of their preferences. I got the impression that I would be wasting my time continuing with the conversation & also going to the shop. I find this way of doing business offensive, patronising & totally unacceptable. How hard would it have been to have made an appointment with me to view the items before making judgement? I am sure that with the 50 items I had that there would have definitely been something to fit the shops’s standards to sell. As the goods are on consignment there is no outlay from the business. You will never see me at this shop again.

Fantastic shop. Most of my clothing, and shoes that I have bought in the last 20 years are from Good as New. Sometimes I find items I was not looking for and are just right, sometimes I find just what I was looking for, sometimes I find nothing that I was looking for, nothing fits and no surprises. Come back another time and I get lucky again.

This shop is the best! I couldn't believe my luck when i was wandering past one day and walked in to a gold mine. I bought several new outfits at a fraction of the retail price, all in perfect condition and the ladies were lovely. It will definitely be my new regular shop!

Easy to find a great range of quality items at great prices. However, my 3 star review is because today one of the assistants was very rude to me because I didn’t have cash to pay and I questioned this (applies if sale is under $30). I said I don’t see any sign about this and I didn’t think this was fair. She mumbled that they took the sign down. She then aggressively took my card and put it through eftpos. So disappointed as they are usually really lovely.

Had a very unpleasant experience speaking to a lady who was extremely contemptuous and rude. Phoned to find out business hours and also if I could please bring some clothes in. I have shopped here before, loved the concept and knew it was not a place to bring unwanted clothing/shoes. I had some carefully picked items which I was going to take. But the response from the lady on the phone was so rude it made me feel she just did not want anything brought in. One may have a system of accepting goods in place, but getting it across to one's customers in a polite manner is what I call good customer service. Will not come your way again Madam, to trouble you!
