I’ve sent two emails requesting prices and been into the shop twice to speak to someone about buying a PC. The owner is never there, so you leave another message with his wife, or send another unanswered email.At no time has anyone ever got back to me! They must have a huge client base to be turning money away in this climate. Shame as I would have liked to have bought local, but there are other shops nearby who actually want your money.

My laptop unexpectedly decided to die on me one day while I was booting it up. By chance I stumbled upon this computer repair shop while I was in Mosman to buy shoes. I brought in my laptop and Alice there was very very helpful in explaining what might've happen to the computer and also about what would happen to my data too. Once the diagnostic was done, she was able to explain over the phone what happened to it and how much everything was going to cost if I decided to go ahead with the repair (which I did). Alice and the team of technicians were able to install a completely new and better part into my laptop and I'm very happy with the outcome!!!

Not happy... laptop took weeks to fix. They never rang to offer me a quote, after weeks of hearing nothing I rang to ask how much they would charge. Then when I finally did collect my computer, they charged me more than was quoted. Won't go back.2019 Obviously I believe in second chances because I went back again... Thankfully I had a good experience, my computer was repaired in good time and I was charged as quoted.

Highly recommend Mosman IT. Our PC hard drive died, they replaced it with a new one and re installed all our files. They also put our emails back together plus give you 30 days warranty. Mosman IT literally saved our business. Very very happy

Quite pricey yet the turn around time was only one week, I just hope their is quality in their fix as the last product sent to the store was lost. I didn’t find the organisation of the business to be too satisfactory and had concerns of my next item handed over would be lost too so I took photos this time as there is no form of documentation handed over to you when bringing in the item.

Mosman IT have been looking after all my IT needs for the past 10 years and their service, work quality and advice has been excellent. I have depended on their expertise and they have looked after all my requirements with great efficiency, understanding and their charges have been very reasonable. I trust them empathetically. A wonderful IT support.

I speak only as I found it. With an iPhone smashed screen, August 2019, I accepted a quick indication it could be repaired with Apple quality screen within the day; the price was a bit under what I had been quoted in CBD by another non-Apple service provider. The job was done that day and full satisfaction.; my trust in a firm that has been around since 1995 or so int he same vicinity was justified.

Great business. From phone call to set up repair to speedy fix and reasonable price, everything was done with a welcoming and helpful attitude. Covid protocols were excellent also. Fantastic.
