I signed up for our new car insurance about two weeks ago through Maria's warm response at this branch. I visited another branch and consulted with other counselors, but Maria is the best among them. Above all, her honest attitude, professional work, and kind words and actions!! The service I received at RACQ before was good, but I am satisfied that I received the best counseling service through her this time. I'd like to say thank you to her. Thank you, Maria.

We are so happy with the service we've received from RACQ Bank for the last 4 years. Mobile lender Christine Gould is an absolute standout and has supported us through two home loan processes. She came to our house to help talk us through the details of each loan and was available each step of the way to answer any questions. This is the kind of service you just don't get from the big banks -thank you from some very happy customers.

The staff is friendly and has even offered to stay behind when I've come right before closing time.Sometimes it's just better to speak with them face to face when it comes to insurance.They didn't know how to do a couple of things for me and I ended up never following up and it cost me a bit of money as i missed the window to sort the thing out.

Terrible, opened account told 48 hrs 10 days later no one can answer why it's not happen, tried ringing Helensvale bank but no one answers there so it goes to anyone that picks up after you wait on for 25 mins to answer, stick to insurance your ok at that. Only reason one star is that you can't open this page unless you press a star otherwise no stars was the rating

Can not thank Alan from the molandiner branch , (with the blue glasses) enough.He was extremely friendly and professional. If racq was ever going to premote anyone it’s this guy. Picked me up, towed my to where I needed to go and made the experience great. I am now a racq member.

Never ever racq insurance again I paid my car insurance in a second and after cancellation after 3 weeks still didn't get my refund back worst company ever I dealt with...they rip off plus using my own money to making interest not to refunded straight away dam you all
