My family and I have been tenants of Allison and I can honestly say that she will go above and beyond for her clients. We are currently in the middle of a housing crisis in our area and Allison and her staff are literally working 7 days a week to provide homes for her pre-approved tenants. Allison Bryant Whaites real estate is unlike any estate agent I have ever dealt with before in the respect that she treats tenants as just as important as owners. I have a cleaning company. My cleaning company was contracted to perform a full bond clean of a four bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living space home.The owner contracted my company. On arrival the home was absolutely uncared for and filthy. I incorrectly quoted $700. However, my team of 2 finished the work.A couple of days later, I received a phone call from Allison asking me to meet her at the home. Her and her collegue, who I was not introduced to, threatened me with legal action if we didn't return to redo the work. She claimed that I overcharged the owner. She believes she can find other cleaners to do the job for $500. Of course we went back on a Sunday to do the finishing touches.It was only after I had a chance to speak with the owner, I learnt that she had only recently engaged Allison's services. Allison was NOT aware of the enormity of the bond clean. She had only viewed photographs taken when the home was on the market. I can only hope that she and her team properly manage the properties.As a homeowner and invester, I will never deal with this person or her company.
