If you were thinking of selling (or buying) through this agency, think again.We are cashed up buyers looking to purchase a property in and around Glen Innes. We had several properties we were interested in viewing toward making an offer.However, we were totally ignored. Our calls went unanswered, as did our texts and emails. And this went on for days. It’s like this company weren’t interested in actually selling anything!Then, we finally find out the principal of this operation had accepted offers on various properties we requested to view without being given an opportunity to view, let alone make a counter offer.Highlands Real Estate is NOT working in the interests of the Vendor nor Purchaser. In fact, by not offering a variety of other viewings and offers, they have potentially done their Vendors out of a better price on their properties.It is unethical and unprofessional.They are seemingly only interested in a quick sale to make whatever commission they can.Needless to say, we’re in the process of making formal complaints against their unprofessional ethics to the NSW Real Estate Institute and NSW Fair Trading.
