I am so happy I found Haven Medical when I recently moved to Terrigal. The doctors are excellent and do not rush you through your consultation time. I was able to discuss my situation with the doctor in a relaxed and comfortable way. Marie and Lin at reception are always welcoming and extremely helpful. There is ample parking and easy access to the doctors surgery.

Being only 'blow-ins' with a sick 4 month old baby, we were relieved to have the kind and supportive people in reception slot us into an appointment.Dr Jones treated my granddaughter with concern, good humour and very professionally. She not only addressed the immediate problem but contacted a range of other medical services and referred onto our home healthcare provider.After nearly 3 months we have been given the 'all clear' of the infection and wanted to say how impressed we were with this practice. Thank you

We are so pleased we found this practice. Both Dr Bernardito Alcid and Dr Siddharth Kamble are friendly, empathetic and really take the time to address any concerns. The Nurses - Grace and Elisa and Bronte the Receptionist are all so lovely and welcoming. We highly recommend this practice and would not go anywhere else.

Trying to get a script for a chest / upper respiratory infection. Refused to do Telehealth, demanded I see them in person after I had done a Covid PCR. Just for a script of antibiotics? And I didn’t want to go in while I am sick.Tried several times to get them to help me but was stonewalled by reception and basically told that they wouldn’t help me because I had been prescribed antibiotics a couple of weeks prior. That obviously didn’t clear up what I had.Really can’t express how frustrated I am as I am sick and was refused help.

Love Dr Sid and Dr Alcid. Reception staff are fantastic and make your feel very comfortable. Nurses are so patient and caring when it comes to my difficult-with-needles children. Professional and very thorough practice that are caring too. Won't use any other medical practice for our family!

Terribly disappointed, doctors who won’t listen and ultimately don’t care about outcomes for patients, only what is most convenient for them. They seem to feel their responsibility is to provide a referral and then leave it up to the patient to manage in the meantime, even if the specialists they are recommending have no availability for months. I’ve never experienced such a lax attitude to coordination of care.

Great location. Superb customer service. Caring doctors. Incredibly clean and located just across the big car park next to the bowling club with a ramp or stairs to the entrance. Some toys for the little ones are available. A TV and comfort seating is provided. The receptionist is so friendly she will make you feel at home. I got an appointment when I needed one and got the medical care I needed. The Doctors don't rush and take proper notes throughout the consultation. What a fantastic addition to Terrigal !

One of the best clinics I've visited in Australia (I lived all over the country). From the receptionist Bronte, to the nurse Grace, to the doctor Siddharth.. each of them goes above and beyond and is exceptional in their field. Every visit is a pleasure. Both my husband and I and our kids go there.We feel so lucky that we found this clinic!
