Flower Daise

I want to say a massive thank you to Sarah and her staff for their amazing customer service and beautiful flower arrangement. I ordered my mum flowers for her joint 70th and mother's day in one and asked for delivery on 8th May. I called mum on mother's day to wish her a great day and I asked if something was delivered on Friday (as she hadn't mentioned anything). She said no. I called the store on Monday morning to confirm that the flowers had been delivered and they said yes the courier had confirmed delivery and they were left by the front door. I called mum again to check and called the store back to confirm definitely they had not arrived. Sarah was apologetic and offered to make up another arrangement and have them sent out that day. I called mum late in the afternoon and asked if they had arrived and they still hadn't. I was pretty upset and annoyed by this stage. But then my mum called me at about 630pm to say that a lovely lady had just delivered them to her door as the courier said they couldn't. So thank you Sarah for going out of your way to deliver them to my mum personally, she loved them and I am very thankful for your kindness.

We organised flowers for our Mother funeral and the staff were extremely helpfull in guiding us with the perfect arrangements .They were delivered on time and even the funeral home commented on the magnificent display .

I called the store for call and collect during the current lockdown. I didn’t quite know what I was after but I was wanting to make my own bouquet. The woman spent time telling me what kind of flowers and greenery they had as well as the prices so I could make an informed decision. She was so friendly and patient! I appreciated it so much! The flowers were extremely fresh and of good quality when I picked them up. She even gave me wrapping paper and ribbons - definitely went out of her way. Thanks so much team !

Found Flower Daise by a Google search for florists in the local area of Ferntree Gully - ordered online @ 12pm and delivered within a couple of hours. The recipient of the native flower arrangement thought they were absolutely beautiful. I highly suggest to support local businesses.

Staff were friendly, flowers were nice, but they didn't deliver the flowers to my girlfriend's work place until 5.20pm, even though I had ordered the day before. It would have been really, really nice if they had done it earlier in the day, and would have solved a number of problems.I would recommend elsewhere if you trying to trying to deliver flowers on a particular day - like a birthday or an anniversary. However, they might be ok for all those other times you order flowers.- EDIT: they followed up and explained that the online ordering system doesn't notify them until lunch time the next day. Very bizarre, but I appreciate the follow up.

Beautiful staff and flowers. A range of prices, nevertheless, you do get quality when paying the more expensive arrangements.Plenty of other gifts available as well(Did my wedding and I was extremely satisfied...2014)

The girls here are fantastic always have a smile on and are always happy to help. They don’t hold a huge amount of flowers but what they do hold seems to last a lot longer than other flowers I’ve purchased from other florists. They also have a great range of Nic Mac items for around the home from vases to cheese boards.

I ordered some flowers for mum on mother day and I didnt order until 10am, but what turned up was nothing short of amazing! Thanks ladies, you made her day and made me look like a good son too... :)

I ordered my wedding flowers from flower Daise and whilst the service and price were good, unfortunately, I cant say the same about the quality of my wedding bouquets. The majority of the roses in all the bouquets (2x bridesmaids 1x flower girl and my bridal bouquet ) were dieing. The outer petals were curling over and turning brown. Really disappointed.
