Great place to get train stuff!

The guys here are enthusiasts and very helpful even if you have no idea what you are looking at. They are keen to help you get started and my kids had a great time checking out the options for awesome trains sets.

If you like model trains then you won't be disappointed. Time to get your outdoor railway running again.

Support local Hobby Shops! Allaboard specialise in European models and supplies, although the do stock a small selection of Aussie and US outline equipment too. I usually visit to stock up on Euro brands scenery material, Euro electronic stuff like Seuthe smoke generators, and Euro specific kits. The staff were able to confirm the identity of a particular kit I was searching for, but could not confirm current pricing or ETA against a firm order :-(I make a point of dropping in every time I'm passing if time permits, and always have a good experience. Highly Recommended

I really want to give this store a higher rating, but I sadly can't.Pre-Covid they were excellent service.But in October 2021 a new Locomotive was released that I wanted.Contacted the store, but the person at the time said they won't have stock till March 2022 and would put my name down.So I waited till March, and rang again asking if they were still getting the loco.They said no, and they didn't even bothered to put my name down back in October.After providing details back then I waited again.But now that it's currently Late November 2022 as of this review, and I still haven't heard anything about my loco coming.I really wanted to help support my local economy since covid had affected a lot of businesses, but I'm sadly fed up with waiting. And just ordered the loco at the unfair higher prices of importing from overseas, but at least it will be faster.I hope who ever takes over the business, (it's currently up for sale) they have better luck then the current crew.With that said, when they do somehow have stock, they are reliable and fast postage.

Cool train shop. I've been here many times and there's always a massive amount of trains, building kits, figures, and other related accessories to browse through. There's also a good selection of paints and adhesives for putting kits together. Nothing here is cheap, though, so be prepared for that.

All Aboard has a great range of miniature products to suit a number of typical scales. It is fantastic to have a place where you can physically inspect the products before buying, as opposed to the online shopping experience that is thrust upon modellers living far from most modelling supply stores. The staff is helpful yet, thankfully, are happy to let you browse unharrassed. They also offer a great online web store experience in tandem with the physical store.The physical store would benefit greatly from improved signage (I lived in the area for 18 years and thought the place only had miniature train rides or a museum, not a miniatures modelling shop!) and a better shop facade (it feels like you're intruding on someone's back shed when walking to the door.
