Not the best KFC I have eaten. The large box was half full. I get it, I've worked in hospital before, you restricted on weight and serving size but come on guys fill the box probably. Burger looked like it was slapped together and sat on.

Fries a rip off for what you pay and what you get, you get about $1.00 worth chips. Had to ask for paper towels and spoons and table was not clean had to ask to have it cleaned.

I have been here a few times and every time the place is not busy at all yet every table and chair is disgusting and needs a good clean and wipe down. I've seen staff doing nothing when their store is a complete mess. I end up having to eat outside and even then I'm lucky to find a table that doesn't have food, drink, trash, or god knows what else on it or under it.The food is also quite poor quality. Was hoping these things would have changed in the last six months that I hadn't had their KFC... Unfortunately, that isn't the case.I do not recommend. If you're really feeling like KFC, drive the extra kilometres to another store. This one never seems to fail to disappoint.

The food was really yum, but the table still had food on it from the previous people who had been sitting there, other then that it was delicious

they told us 10min wait for singer burgers and we didn't mind but there after 10mins we went in to see what was happening and they told us it's another 30min wait and they didn't plan on telling us and were just expecting us to wait. The chips were already disgusting.

I just had my worst KFC meal today from KFC Helensvale. I drove to KFC Helensvale to order a family feast. For 10 pieces of fried chicken I chose 5 pieces of original recipe and 5 pieces of hot and spicy. When I opened the box at home, I found these 5 pieces were obviously reheated with darker colour, dry meat and very oily. It was a terrible experience.I hope that the KFC management can improve its QC system as the quality of the meal has been degrading over the years.

Standard KFC but they actually got my order correct which is amazing.Unfortunately it was also the standard unwiped and dirty tables to choose from.Food tasted good

Food is always fresh and hot from here.I have never had something to eat and thought about how it could have been better.Staff are always happy and seem to have great work ethics.One of the best kfc’s that I have been too.

Disgusted is the word i have. I originally wanted the bacon and cheese original combo, but no they didn't have any buns... then I wanted a three piece feed... but low and behold couldn't do that either bec they didn't have any dinner rolls....so I ended up getting fries popcorn chicken and nuggets (they were hot and nice).I opened my fries when I got onto signato drive and they were just about cold and not cooked through as they were crunchy inside. The pic is what the chips look like. Now I understand about winding food down at the end of the night but this was 8.45pm and its NOT good enough especially with the chips. Won't be going back to helensvale near movie world again
