Absolutely brilliant experience getting my hair done. All the staff were amazing and made me feel special. My hair looks amazing The salon has such a friendly atmosphere.

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Top service from the newest staff member Tara. She is absolutely amazing and I can't fault her work in any way. She is understanding, a great listener to my needs of what I was trying to achieve, gentle and very caring. She takes no shortcuts. This lady is simply amazing!

I cannot speak highly enough about Sasse. I had had a dreadful haircut and was beside myself until I found Tara at Sasse. She shaped my hair as best she could and now after my 2nd visit she has done a beautiful cut and a lovely colour. Thank u Sasse for hiring such an amazing girl. I highly recommend this salon and the professional, caring and understanding staff. I walked in looking pretty shabby and came out feeling on cloud nine. My cut and colour were exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back again for regrowth touch up and trim. Thank you Naturally Sasse Hair and Beauty for making me feel beautiful again. If I could give zero stars, I would.This by far has been the worst Salon experience I've ever had.2 weeks ago, I organised an appointment with this Salon. I told them how appreciative I was for fitting me in.Looking back, I wish I walked out the second I walked in.The salon reeked of a freshly smoked cigarette, and so did the hairdressers hands as she worked on my hair. But I was far too polite to say anything.I asked for a full head of foils, I had roughly 1-1.5 inches of dark blonde regrowth.My sister in law would usually foil my hair and leave me as a fresh, bright blonde, but she has recently had a baby. I was looking to treat myself as I'd been suffering from morning sickness for weeks. I finally had a day that I felt okay and some spare time that afternoon.Their facebook photos looked good, so I was happy with what I had seen prior. That led me to book with this Salon.My mistake, I also regret not asking for a quote before going ahead. As they charged me an absurd amount of $300 once finished, which I later noticed to be the worst colouring job I've ever had.My hair is still dark, around my face and neck were not touched, the foils have bled throughout, and I'm left with ugly gold and dark chunks all over. I will attach photos.I approached the Salon that night, in a polite manner via Facebook simply asking if the price was correct.I will check tomorrow when I'm back in the salon"

So very happy. Took my 18 month old in for a spare of the moment haircut. The young lady was so lovely and accommodating. Did a great haircut for my little man and was fantastic with him. Thankyou so much.

Amazing service and really took the time to know what I wanted. Fitted me in and were patient and very professional. Lovely staff and gave my hair some very desperate treatment and attention. I'm a very happy customer
