Great online experience. Had to go through return/exchange process which was my fault for getting sizes wrong. Their return process is smooth as butter and the replacement product was shipped back to me within a couple of days. These guys are attentive to their customers and great to deal with.

I've purchased both online and in store from Riders Line - their customer service is amazing. They gave the best advice on what gear i needed and they know their product specs inside out. They have a great range of riding gear - everything i needed. I travelled across town just to visit their showroom and was very impressed. Will always shop here for all my gear in the future.

Amazing service by the guys at Riders Line. Twice I have purchased items, and their delivery time is super quick.I ordered a pair of jeans, and they arrived the next day. I didn't like the size, so I posted them back requesting for a different size. They couriered them back the same day they received them, and full exchange done in 3 working days. Great, fast, friendly service! Wanted a new jacket which wasn’t stocked in any retail stores near me. Was hesitant to buy from an online store in case the size wasn’t quite right. Fantastic on line motorcycle shop with a terrific range of gear not available anywhere else. Great customer service and a very quick and reliable post.I just bought a pair of the TCX Street Ace Air Native boots (my second pair of boots from RidersLine) and I am really happy with them. Comfortable from the first wearing and just what I wanted for summer riding to work.
