Terrible customer service. I filled up today on lpg and petrol. Then 1 took one minute to use their equipment to wipe my windscreen clean and the guy came out and said other people were waiting to use the pump. 1 it only took me about 40 seconds to do. 2 there were other pumps. 3 it is your bucket and windscreen washer. Why have it if you can’t use???? Won’t be back!

Quiet petrol station or servo and prices per litre is pretty fair. But the worse thing about this servo is the chubby big woman who is serving the customers. She is just a loner in there who looks like she just came back from her family funeral. No smile and expression on her double chin face. She looks angry towards her customers. Not a way to go especially during these unprecedented times in a lockdown LGA area. She needs to lighten up and treat the customers with more sincere. At least shows us that you still care about the customers.
