My SNS always lasts for ages, and the service is great.

Absolutely appalling. I would not recommend this place. I was a regular customer there, and first of all, not once did they try to remember my name after however many times I went - but that’s not even why I’m upset, that’s just the icing on the cake at this point. I just came home from getting my nails done there and I’m so upset with the outcome. I have cuts all over my cuticles (which are bleeding) and when I voiced this at the salon they told me it was my fault as I have sensitive hands?! Like okay no worries, it’s my fault that you guys cut my cuticles carelessly until they bled. I also asked for one sparkly nail yet somehow all of my other nails have residual sparkles on them and they wouldn’t redo them. I ended up leaving SO upset and all they said was sorry but it’s too hard for us to fix, or sorry your hands are too sensitive. If you’d like to have your hands butchered then go for it, but if you want to leave with a nice set of nails and no bleeding fingers then look elsewhere. Thanks SO much Kim. Will never be returning.

NEVER GO TO THIS SALON… my nails starting chipping the day after I was in for a manicure, when I phoned to complain and make a time for them to fix they said more or less “ too bad cannot fix “ the worst customer service ever
