Mansfield Travellers Lodge and Backpackers
This place is great. Warm comfortable rooms, hot showers a drying room for your wet ski gear. A clean well equipped kitchen if you want to cook but all in walking distance to cafes, pub, restaurants etc. The couple that own it are realy nice people that always make you feel welcome.

Ken and Kerry made us feel welcomed. Both are very helpful, kind and friendly. Fabulous people. We had a 2 bedrooms which was comfy, well insulated, clean and well maintained. Heating and hot water system are good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for us. Definitely would be our choice again the next time in town. Thanks Ken and Kerry!

A simple but very pleasant stay. A group of friends and myself stayed in the ten bed backpackers room for a few nights. Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff, all necessary ammenities covered and a few extras to top it off, and at a great price. Reception even held onto an article of clothing we left behind for us to pick up in the coming weeks. Well worth the stay, especially if you just need a nice place to rest your head after smashing the slopes all day

Such a welcome place to stay after a week camping in the high country. The staff were great, very willing to help with recommendations, the rooms were warm and welcoming, and very comfortable. A lovely place to stay!

Stayed in the backpackers room which was comfortable and fit for purpose. The stay was made perfect by Ken's warm welcome and extremely positive approach to assisting with the bedding. Would definitely stay here again when next in Mansfield.
