Goldfish Hunter Valley Restaurant
This was my second time at Goldfish and it didn't disappoint.The most wonderful service, the staff were fantastic and kept making sure we were looked after all night.The atmosphere inside was beautiful with some lovely entertainment to set the mood on a cold winters night outside.The food was cooked to perfection. The corn ribs were a favourite as were the mushroom arancini. We ordered cocktails and by far I had one of the nicest French Martini I've ever had.Will definitely be back again! Thanks Goldfish team!

Goldfish Hunter Valley Restaurant
We really enjoyed Goldfish bar & restaurant! We shared small plates & large plates with a group of 6 and everything was delicious - drunken prawns, fish tacos, karaage chicken (photo), the steak, barramundi & salad. Our only complaint was that we could have had more of a break between the small plates and the large plates. We might have ordered more drinks then! Definitely recommend.

Amazing atmosphere and feed.Lovely surroundings and very friendly staff. Has plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. Centrally located to other restaurants, wineries and Hunter Valley Garden. Highly recommended.

Goldfish Hunter Valley Restaurant
Staying just a short walk across the road from Mercure we decided to try goldfish for dinner. It certainly didn’t disappoint, great choice of beer and cocktails, absolutely amazing food, I recommend the hot and cold seafood. Very generous serve and extremely fresh. Service was 5*! Overall this was a great experience which I highly recommend!

Atmosphere was so lovely, particlarly the rustic dark vibe, feels very home like, cosy. Had the seafood platter special, tasted so fresh as if it was caught and cooked in the last 6 hours. Staff were very nice and fun, cracking jokes felt like they were just a couple friends ensuring we were well fed. Place was booked out a day before our booking and is a testement on how great this place is. In a fully booked setting, it does get loud in addition to having a live band, but nothing obnoxious phone read 75db and is still comfortable/enjoyable. If you're in the Hunter region, do recommend to give Goldfish a go, you wont regret it!

Booked a table for dinner here and we enjoyed the experience. The fried barramundi was fresh, fried chicken with lemongrass rice was delicious. Beef Angus actually a bit dry.

Had the feed me option and am gf, and the plate of tacos that came out, weren't gf - however the waitress looking after our table was amazing and looked after my dietary requirements. The food was great too!

Goldfish Hunter Valley Restaurant
This is a lovely place to eat dinner under the beautiful canopy fairy lights. The food was delicious and came out quickly. the burrata is to die for and the cocktails, especially their signature ones, are delicious! We dined here in the evening and there was live jazz music which gave a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Also recommend the flathead tacos!
