Browns Dry Cleaners are by far the best dry cleaner. I have been here on multiple occasions with expensive dresses that I have put through ringer on nights out and every single time I’ve gotten my outfits back and they are like brand new. Very reasonably priced and speedy service! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Do not waste your time here. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This was my first time using this cleaners; and my first ever time leaving a negative review. I paid over $250 for 4 Doonas and 1 mattress topper to be cleaned, and was told it would take 2 weeks. Seemed expensive and like a long turnaround but it is what it is. When I picked them up I realized I was given the incorrect King size doona back. It was completely lumpy from putting a wool doona through wet cleaning - totally unusable now. My doona had a tag attached with care instructions and a hand drawn arrow on the tag to remind me which way is the bottom. The doona I got back had no tag. The doona I got back also had a floral pattern on it and mine was plain. I tried to call and enquire if they had any other king size Doonas that may have gotten mixed up - I understand how that could happen sometimes. I was told by the owner that he would look for my tagged doona and get back to me. Waited several hours and didn’t hear back. I then wasted my time by bringing my incorrect doona back, in the bag, with all receipts and tried to explain again to the male owner in person. He was adamant that he was right and I was wrong. My word against his and he was convinced he couldn’t be wrong. Zero solutions or concessions were provided. He refused to even check the other Doonas he had on site because “they were already packaged” and he couldn’t be bothered to open a plastic bag to keep their customer happy. The suggestion of a refund was scoffed at. So now not only have I wasted almost $300 on this cleaners, I also have to go buy another expensive King size doona to replace the one they lost. And now it’s my problem to chuck out the lumpy ruined one. Hope whoever has mine is enjoying it!Thanks for nothing Browns Green Dry Cleaners. Hope you treat your future customers better.
