Not yet complete when we visited but looking pretty good. The track is in great shape and nicely smooth. Some parking near by and a small shop serving snacks. Suitable for serious bmx people as well as anyone on a bike. We were there with a group of 2yo who where having a great time on their balance bikes. I didn't see any toilets but surely they can't be far away. No where to sit so bring your own chair.
