Sunday 16th April - 1230 approx midday.Poorly managed, team members openly swearing in front of customers, some of whom were kids. Best described as a circus, orders backed up - waited 30 mins for a simple order as a team member forgot to keep an eye on the chips and basically ran out ….Store was never this bad, hope upper management see this and review how the store is run and recent hiring decisions.

The last 3 times we have ordered from uber eats we have ordered over $50 worth of food and mcflurry's are always missing and the food is cold. Yes we get refunded for the mcflurrys but it's not the point 3 times these items have been missing. There needs to be better communication between staff and uber delievery drivers to make sure every order is correct when leaving the store.

My experience early this morning (Sat 4:40am), ordered a bacon and egg muffin. Suprisingly really fresh and very much enjoyed it. I do agree with some of the other reviewers. I have had some terrible cold meals from other stores. When I worked at McDonalds for the first franchisee in Australia (Liverpool South on the Hume Highway, many moons ago) we were trained not to give a customer anything that we wouldn't eat ourselves. ie: Give the customer hot fries. I'm sure if you asked the customer, would you mind waiting for the hot burger/fries, most would be happy to wait. Just my 2 cents worth.

The app has rewards 6.95 small Big Mac cheeseburgers meal they fill ice too much and don’t fill hot chips to top cause it’s reward haha I know they fill hot chips normally and I said no pickles they put pickles

If i could zero stars i would this is hands down the worst mcdonalds ever I’m not saying this based off one experience there has not been one time where I have been and they have given me proper food. Everytime i order sauce and pay for it they give me sauce tubs that have literally one squeeze of sauce not even enough for one nugget. One time I ordered a cheeseburger and received two pieces of bread with no meat. Yesterday though i ordered spicy nuggets and a chicken and cheese meal. I didn’t receive my chips or spicy nuggets I received normal nuggets. This maccas should close down it is proper rubbish not once has the order been right

I do like bass hill Macdonald but, unfortunately every time the manager Phil is there I have a bad experience. I don't understand why he's there if he doesn't like his job. It's not the customers fault. He's never treated me as a customer and this has been going on for over a year and finally i am writing a review. His attitude is very unprofessional and he's the only employee that is like this. Poor customer service!
