I was recommended to go to this practise by people I highly respect. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Many phone calls went unanswered, was promised a call back and that would only come a few days later. I assumed my return was getting started on, as I had submitted all the necessary documents, but was only given the run around. I was told to itemise all my expenses which took a decent amount of time (in the back of my head I was thinking isn't this the job of the tax accountant, isn't this the service I am paying for???) After one week I was surprisingly given a quote that was three times the price of the completion. Would have been much better if quote was upfront and honest. I definitely did not receive the service I was expecting. The previous firm has carried on all is original clients. In my eyes has not done enough of their own work to deserve them. Extremely unsatisfying experience.

I highly, highly recommend Melissa and her fantastic team. They saved my business from a colossal mess from a previous accountant and managed to ease 3 years of stress in a few short weeks. Her quote was thorough and fair and worth every cent. Advice is straightforward and succinct. A special mention to Leanne who was a wonderful help and went above and beyond to help ease my worries.
