Will never shop with Dshop ever again.Paid for express shipping on an item. Was sent out the wrong item. After emails back and forth for days I had to take the item to the post office myself as they expected me to wait around the house for a courier 2 days in a row as they couldn’t provide me with which day or rough time the item I didn’t order would be collected.I requested a refund on express post which I paid and all my emails have been ignored. Have not received a sincere apologise. And STILL waiting on the item I paid for to be delivered. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.Will never recommend to anyone.

The mop and bucket package was delivered on time and is a hit with our cleaner who specifically asked for it as she had used it in another clients home. She chose it in preference to other similar units so it must meet high the high standards of one who uses it every day. Plus it is incredible value for money

I purchased the XL Plush rug (2m x 3m) and I was very impressed! The rug looks exactly how it is presented online and feels really nice on your feet (10mm). The quality of the rug itself is to a fairly high standard and keeps our living room warm. Very easy to clean. Our toddler spilt some drink on it and it wiped away easily without any trace!

I received my Luxe High Gloss 4-Door Double Buffet Shoe Storage Cabinet Not High GlossHowever the instructions was so poor that took us two days to put things togetherResult was not so satisfactory, even though we followed all instructions but look at the photos and still it has a gap between door areas. Not happy at all and never shop again

Ordered 2 furniture items, both arrived promptly however 1 (a DVD cupboard) had been dropped on its end and the contents were damaged.I judge a company by how they respond to such incidents. DShop staff were prompt, open and fair in assessing the damage and quickly ordering a replacement. They were a pleasure the deal with and I will use them again.
