Bakers Delight Woodgrove

Every time we ask to heat the pizza in the cold winter they say we can't access microwave, for 20 times same answer .As a regular customer I won't go back.

Bread is always fresh and is great value. Staff are always friendly and help in making the right choices when asking about bread types.

Soft bread and their pizzas are good..

I had a young female worker roll her eyes and be rude to me at Bakers delight in Woodgrove on New Years Eve. I literally asked can I have the bag of rolls behind her (There was 1 bag on the table directly behind her). This girl tried schooling my partner and I on purchase etiquette lol. She told us we need to know what we are asking for and to be specific next time. Rudest manner and body language I was actually speechless, it took me moments to honestly realise how hostile she was.As a 26 year old in early stages of Glaucoma no way I possibly could see the type of roll in a bag behind the counter… Better yet, my partner can’t read so good luck if you expect every customer to be able to read the signs. (There was NO sign on this day)Poor form on this young workers behalf, we all have bad days and yes the centre was busy we are all human but I won’t be returning.

Great service with a smile always from this bakers delight get my Vienna loaf every week and its always beautiful

excellent service, i have been buy bread every second day for as long as i can remember, tonight i bought 6 buns strawberry buns, yuk, the worst i have ever tasted , on a scale 1 to 10 ten being the best these were 1 even minus 1, sorry bakers delight you got this wrong.
