After months of applying for rental properties through various real estates, and getting declined, and feeling overwhelmed, I applied for a rental property through Barry Plant Pakenham.Shortly after applying I inspected the property, and met Ali Askari (property manager) at the inspection. Ali gave me the time to explain my situation, and was very compassionate towards my circumstances. Within hours of viewing the property Ali had notified me by e-mail that I had been approved for the property. Ali then followed up with a phone call the following morning to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. A letter of approval, a welcome pack and payment details were sent through promptly.Thank you Ali & Barry Plant Pakenham for making this process stress free !

From start to finish they were so professional. Jarrod called and emailed me every step of the way and kept me updated right through. Couple of other property managers sent me texts, emails about clients and got back to me with every query i had no matter how silly the question may have been. Cant reccomend them more!!
