Got a stage inspection for a new build (each stage except the slab).I firmly believe that House Inspect Australia was worth every dollar spent, I will absolutely use them again for any construction project and will recommend the team to everyone I know.They picked up major defects in the frame, and in the waterproofing, and also lots of minor issues at every stage.The reports were always sent to me and the builder on the day of the inspection, usually only hours after it was done.They answered any questions via email almost immediately and I felt like I could always call.The admin staff (Danielle) was polite, and it never felt like I was a burden.
